TPX™ Property Exchanges converts the government recognised legal titles of properties into much smaller, fractional, micro-titles where each is recognised, with their live mark-to-market prices, by local Governments, Land Registries, Deed Offices, Courts, Institutions, Central Banks, Regulators and Global Payment Systems providers.

Following a listing (‘IPO’) of a property on to the TPX™ platform a property owner then has their own liquid “bank” of micro-titles stored in their own blockchain repository with a proportional level of cash in an automated market maker (‘AMM’).
